- How long has this system been around?
- Our patented system has been used both in residential and commercial buildings for more than 10 years.
- What is the typical weight of a panel?
- Approximately 2 to 3 psf, a typical panel 6" thick x 4' wide x 8' long would weigh about 1 ½" pounds per square foot, excluding any embedded reinforcements.
- What is the Sound Transmission Coefficient (STC) rating for a typical panel?
- A standard 6" panel with ½" gypsum wallboard has an STC rating of 33.
- What panel sizes are available?
- Our panels are custom engineered to your specifications.
- How about brick or siding?
- You can fasten your brick or siding ties directly to the panel core using standard spacings.
- How can I obtain a quote?
- To provide an estimate we need to review your basic elevations and floor plans along with detailed information on the location and size of your required rough openings. To be as accurate as possible we prefer to receive electronic copies of your CAD drawings.

- Our prices start from as low as $18.88 per square foot for a shell kit. However, as you know, prices for building materials vary depending on the project requirements.
- How are wall accessories, such as windows and doors, accounted for?
- Our wall panels are precision engineered to your specifications and include pre-framed openings ready to receive windows and doors. Depending on size and spacing, door and window openings will be add at our factory.
- How about plumbing and electrical installation?
- Our wall panels can be pre-plumbed and wired per your specifications. Send us your drawings and we'll be happy to advise.
- How easy is it to install?
- Our wall panels can be easily installed by unskilled labor and minimal tools such as screw guns and power nailers. This helps to dramatically reduce installation costs.
- How many panels will fit on one truck?
- We're finding that approximately 4,500 sq. ft. of 4" panels (approximately 120 panels) fit on one truckload.
